Company’s History

   "Gorno-stroitelnaya Company – Podzemniye Technologii" was founded in 2009 on the basis of the Ural Mining and Construction Company. Currently, the main field of activity of the company is the installation of ballastless subway track, electrification of third rail, electromechanical works, including fire extinguishing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for metro projects.

    In addition, work is being done on the construction of 825 V DC traction substations, auxiliary substations, SCADA.

    One of the distinctive features of the company is that all work is carried out using the latest technologies and developments and is handed over to customers on a turnkey basis. Given this advantage, over the past few years, the company has built and commissioned not only 80% of Kazan metro lines, but also 21 metro stations in Moscow with a total length of more than 38,5 km. At the same time, the work of the company's specialists was noted by the leadership of the Moscow Metro as the best construction of the superstructure in the history of the Moscow metro.

   Long-term experience and high qualification of the company's specialists allow us to ensure high-quality performance of the entire range of works on the construction of underground facilities of any complexity. For high-quality and efficient performance of the assigned tasks, a large fleet of special equipment is used, equipped in accordance with the latest world trends. The company's arsenal has high-tech equipment, namely, rail welding machines, concrete trucks, rail carts and much more. The presence of such special equipment allows, in addition to metro construction, to carry out complex welding of tram and railway tracks.

   Personnel is of great importance in the work of the company. The company's team consists of highly professional specialists with a total number of more than 600 people. Most of the work is carried out by the working staff using a rotational method. All the specialists of the company who are directly involved in the construction of the tracks are qualified as a track fitter. In addition, employees are trained in a timely manner, as well as advanced training courses at the Kazan Technical College of Railway Transport.

  The professionalism of the staff from the very beginning of the company's existence allowed us to take a leading position in the service market in this area. The company's success is due to the use of unique technologies, high-performance machines, advanced equipment, powerful production, construction and social facilities.    During its existence, the company has completed the installation of ballastless subway tracks, electrification of third rail, electromechanical works, including fire extinguishing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, construction of 825 V DC traction substations, auxiliary substations, SCADA for metro projects on the tracks in Kazan to stations Prospect Pobedy, Kozya Sloboda, Yashlek, Severny Vokzal, Aviastroitelnaya. In Moscow - lines to the metro stations Bitsevsky Park, Starokachalovskaya, Lesoparkovaya, Kotelniki, Rumyantsevo, Park Pobedy, Minskaya, Lomonosovskaya, Ramenki, Ozernaya, Teryoshkovo, Solntsevo, Govorovo, Michurinskiy Prospect. Currently, work is underway in the western, northeastern and eastern sections of the third transfer circuit with a total length of 16 400 m.
